Piero has 15+ years of experience in devising and implementing AI solutions and products for several and diverse industrial fields, including but not limited to automotive, industrial automation, robotics, footwear, metal and plastic manufacturing, smart surveillance, household appliances, biomedical, entertainment.
Led software and research International projects (AUDI, Sony, etc.), supervising large agile teams and collaborating with European and American top Research Centers and Universities (UCLA, INRIA, ETH, Caltech, etc.). Developed 5 high-tech products still on the market today and successfully sold in four continents, founded one company. Piero’s core competences: data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning, digital Supply Chain, data engineering, IoT, algorithms and optimization, machine vision, cloud technologies, real-time concurrent programming, systems and databases architecture design.
Laura Woznialis
Data Manager
Laura has 10+ years of experience as Data Scientist and Technical Team Lead. She has worked on multiple projects such as: Quality Management boosted with Generative AI, Digital Twin for production throughput optimisation, AI driven Optimized Production Scheduling, Demand Forecasting, S&OP and IBP dashboard, Warehouse Slotting and Layout Optimization, Basket and Customer Segmentation, Excel Process Digitalization and Automation.
Laura holds a MSc. in Business Analytics from Athens University of Economics and Business and a BSc. in Mathematics and its applications from Vytautas Magnus University in Kaunas. As part of her Master Thesis, Laura was studying the field of Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning.
Harry Kantartzis
Senior Manager
Harry has 9+ years of experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management both in consulting, as a supply planner and in freight forwarding. He has lead operation improvement and optimization projects including loss analysis, efficiency improvements in operations and processes, S&OP/IBP design and implementation, network strategy optimization and Value Chain assessments with roadmap definition.
With experience in a variety of industries from Spirits, FMCG though to cosmetics, Pharma, heavy industry, and mining in global projects in 5 continents. Harry holds an MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Heriot-Watt University and a BSc in Business Administration and Politics from Aston University
Raul Portela

Raul is an experienced executive with roles across different industries and Consulting. Supply Chain, Data & Technology, Operational Management and Private Equity constitute Raul’s main professional experience. Raul has worked with a few different companies and lived in several countries globally. This experience, added to his innate ability to read people and organizational dynamics, has allowed him to create advocates across all levels of the organization.
Raul holds MBAs from London Business School, UK, and Columbia Business School, US. He holds a master’s in business management from University of Porto, Portugal.
Leonardo Innocenzi

Leonardo has 32+ years’ experience as Executive in end-to-end, multi-industry, multi-channel, global operations. Executive assignments: recently Safilo Chief Product Supply Officer, Crocs Sr Vice President of Global Supply Chain, Triumph Head of Global Supply Chain and member of the Global Management Board.
Previously VP of Plants Operations at CHEP Europe and Associate Director of EMEA Supply Network Planning at Procter & Gamble. Leonardo’s core competences: digital supply chain; supply chain processes integration; global strategy definition and implementation; global restructuring; strategic capacity planning; integrated business planning; factories and DCs start up, shut down and rightsizing; multi-channel distribution; global legal entity architecture re-design; multiple SAP go live; management of high complexity, seasonal supply chains. At the moment is Director of Logistics at Connecthub and simultaneously collaborates as Consulting Advisor for FibonacciLab.

Massimo has 10+ years of experience in leading improvement projects and digital transformations in operations and quality for multinational companies in the Aerospace, Machinery sectors (Rolls-Royce, GE, Trumpf).He also covered the Operation Manager role in the Oil & Gas sector (GE Oil & Gas).
Additionally he has experience as trainer and coach in quality and Lean-Six Sigma related topics, having worked with several companies and institutions. Education: Massimo holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Polytechnic of Milan and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Angelos Markos
Senior Data Manager
Angelos Markos has over 13 years of experience as a Data Scientist, primarily in various industries. He has been involved in projects such as building autonomous time-series forecasting and anomaly detection mechanisms using machine learning algorithms and developing probability of default and credit score models.
Additionally, he has created models for fraud detection using outlier detection techniques like PCA and Isolation Forest, as well as portfolio optimization. Angelos has led the development of data infrastructures for reporting and modeling (MLOps) and has significant expertise in tools like Python, R, Azure, and Hadoop. Earlier in his career, he worked on digital marketing projects, enhancing his skills in data analysis and customer segmentation. Angelos holds a Master of Research (MRes) in Economics with Empirical Applications and Policies from the University of the Basque Country and a BSc in Information Applications Technology in Business Administration and Economy from the Technological Educational Institute of Western Macedonia.
Shima Moghtasedi
Data Scientist
Shima is enthusiastic about Data Science and Machine Learning with a solid academic background in Computer Science. She has been engaged in projects focused on Designing algorithms, Query processing and Data analysis, and Prediction and Recommendation.
She is a creative mind in solving problems with a good background in Graph and Modern Data Structure. She designed and implemented efficient algorithms in python, which outperformed the state-of-the-art Machine learning-based techniques. She is highly motivated to work both independently and in a team, on analytical challenges and deliver high-quality solutions. Shima holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Pisa, Italy. She had a collaboration with three different research groups abroad and in Italy.
Marco Ciavarella
Senior Data Scientist
Marco Ciavarella is a Senior Data Scientist with 4+ years of working experience. During his tenure, he has worked as Data Scientist at a Manufacturing company and has worked in Consulting with various clients on Software Engineering and AI projects. His expertise lies in estimation of Manufacturing Lead Time and Budget allocation, as well as Computer Vision. He has complete ownership of Data projects, from experimentation all the way to deployment.
Additionally, he has contributed to publishing a paper on “Training deep and sparse neural networks in the reciprocal domain” as part of his Bachelor’s thesis in Physics and Astrophysics. He holds a Google Certification on the machine learning TensorFlow framework. He is keenly interested in Large Action Models (LAMs), AI systems designed to perform human-like tasks in the digital world.
Nicolaï de Luca
Data Analyst
Nicolaï is a former student in Medicine, with a keen interest in Big Data. He had been engaged in Data Analysis projects such as manipulating Airline On-Time Performance Data, Traveling Salesman Problem and Warehouse Optimization.
Additionally, he has gained knowledge in the Data Science field by completing projects on Kaggle, such as predicting heart diseases in patients (Clustering) and predicting sales of bulldozers (Time-Series and Linear Regression) using Scikit-Learn. Also, he has done one project using TensorFlow and GoogleColab. His experience in Data Analysis includes Python’s Matplotlib and Plotly libraries. He has also created a Book of Knowledge for Data Visualization and Python basics, especially designed for people with no prior knowledge in Data Science. Nicolaï has completed 4 years of Medicine at the Free University of Brussels.
Anand Mohan
Data Scientist
Anand is a Data Scientist with 5 years of professional experience and collaborating with FibonacciLab since 2019. Core competencies include: Exploratory Data Analysis, Feature Extraction, Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Data Visualization.
Previously worked on multiple machine learning projects, such as customer churn and retention (Sutherland Global Services), agent segmentation (AT&T), purchasing (Saven Technologies Ltd). Hands-on experience in using advanced ML frameworks and major programming languages.

Farah Ayari
Data Scientist
Farah brings a strong background in DevOps and cloud computing, combining technical expertise with a hands-on approach to create data-driven solutions. With both a master’s degree and an engineering degree in Computer Science, she has worked on a variety of projects that bridge the gap between data science and cloud technologies.
At FibonacciLab, Farah developed an automated invoice data extraction system using Azure Document Intelligence, streamlining the integration process for clients. Her experience includes building scalable and secure cloud environments, automating data pipelines, and ensuring system reliability through tools like Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform and DevOps tools. Farah’s work is guided by a commitment to solving real-world problems. She focuses on designing practical solutions that enhance workflows, improve system performance, and meet business needs. Always eager to learn, she continues to expand her expertise in cloud platforms and data engineering, ensuring she stays ahead in the ever-evolving tech landscape. By combining technical skills with a thoughtful, solution-oriented mindset, Farah aims to make a meaningful impact through her work at the intersection of data and technology.
Andrea Gion
Marketing and Communication Manager
Andrea has 10+ years of experience in immersive storytelling, digital visualization, interactive exhibitions and new media strategies. He worked both as producer and Head of Production for Drawlight and Senso, companies specialized in realizing immersive experience for several industries and areas (Automotive, Heritage, Architecture, Entertainment).
He is also co-founder and Advisor for Hybrid Reality, a Virtual-Reality based Startup focused on Virtual Training and Digital Architecture. Additionally he has experience as trainer and lecturer in Digital Representation, Immersive Storytelling and New Strategies for Architecture in different public and private institutes (IUAV, UniFE, UniPD; Fashion Research Italy, YACademy).
Federica Campopiano
Consultant
Federica has ranged her academic studies over the years from Psychology, Music and Architecture. During the years she collaborated and published "Hemispheric asymmetries in setticlavio reading" paper, together with the Department of Psychological Science, Health and the Territory University of Chieti-Pescara.
She achieved certifications about 3D Modelling like: BIM Building Information Modeling Autodesk Revit; Rhinoceros 5.0 Three-Dimensional Architectural Representation Course.
Federica held the role of Cloud Migration & Implementation Associate at Accenture Technology Solutions S.r.l. working in a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) project. She also collaborated with some firms where she experienced the parametric BIM design and the graphic production.
